Ok so lets just show you guys some of the looks that I thought were really good!
Bottega Veneta is one of my favorites every spring season, they come to the table with something refreshing and you can count on them to deliver. What I like most about these pieces was that they were matchy matchy but not too matchy matchy.
Burberry is something new I looked into for Spring, because I look at them as more of a Fall type brandm but they really delivered with some good pieces such as the mesh sweater (look4) and my favorite trenches :)
DSquared in my opinion, really embodies Spring because they always give you looks that are WEARABLE, yet you can send it down a runway and put it into GQ magazine. They can dress you down and still make you look fashion foward! In this collection, they really did a good job with color blocking their pieces and not afraid to put god forbid colors together. Job well done :)
Jil Sander was another color blocker, they blocked all of their colors and, I don't really like their color selections to block, they did really well, and the fit of their trousers were excellent! Another thing I wanted to not was that (Look 4) that pattern was used frequently and it's really colorful and eye-popping
John Varvatos was a little dark, but what I liked most about his pieces was that they were layered well, and thought out. He put cashmere, with linen, and sheer with cotton. Mixing Spring and Winter together to make it look astonishing. And lets not mention those scarfs!
Junywa Wantabe, was honestly, a good show to look at! The pieces were crazy however they were cohesive, which is a main thing about a line. The line SCREAMED a crazy man, going to the golf which is always good, because those boring places always needs one of those. I also thought of a Sunday Brunch when I seen this line. The shoes topped everything off as well!
Trussardi 1911 really had eye popping select pieces that had me going crazy. Their abundant use of Cheetah print is really DARING for a mens line, and shows that the line between men and women fashion is becoming very very thin. Also that RED jacket with the detail to make it look vintage is really amazing. The rising of the pants was also interesting, which made me think if I seen that before..
When I get rich, and you ever ask me what I'm wearing in the Spring/Summer time. It's most likely going to be Louis Vuitton. Marc Jacobs shines EVERY spring with his pieces! His men bags are the only bags I would ever consider actually wearing. when you think LV you think Accessories but he really can do clothes as well and I'm really feeling that Chunky cardigan. And those scarves! But I could go for days! Okay
