Who Wore It Better

This is my first ever "Who Wore It Better". So let me show you how I do it..

OlIvia Wilde, Paris Hilton, and Stephanie Pratt all wore this French Connection dress to different events. All are rail thin.. 2 out of the three are blondes.. But now the question comes into play accessories. Whenever you're doing a "Who wore it better" first look at the face, then the legs, then the hair, and finally the ACCESSORIES.  From the looks of it, I like the way Paris Hilton put stockings up under it, and made it more of an evening gown with the clutch. So the award will have to go to  PARIS HILTON
