Aboslutely Disgusted

WOW, when I went over this article on Materialistic Boy I was moreso appalled than surprised you always hear about the photographer having intimate relationships with the models, but this is just like a slap in the face and reminds me of why I sometimes hate the fast pace world of Fashion

His name is Terry Richardson, a typical Fashion Photographer. He not only does fashion photography but he manipulates his young, sometimes foreign models into having sex with him, oral sex you name it, and has no problem taking provocative pictures of the whole ordeal.



Of course I had to do my research to give you guys all of the juice, but basically just recently a whole controversy broke out about him being (and I quote)"a camera-wielding predator or merely a misunderstood facilitator of fun." Numerous models, that were once scared of losing their job came and spoke up about this PERV and explained to the gritty details about how he manipulated them.

It all started when a public accusation by Danish model-turned-filmmaker Rie Rasmussen after Richardson published an image of her in his book TerryWorld without her permission. She claimed that Richardson habitually exploits and abuses the models he works with: "he abuses his power to put young girls into compromising positions(they) are too young to stand up for themselves."

Antoher Amateur model named Jamie Peck, who posed for Richardson at 19, intimated that "I can remember doing this stuff, but even at the time, it was sort of like watching someone else do it, someone who couldn’t possibly be me because I would never touch a creepy photographer’s penis. My new fake friends would’ve been bummed if I’d said no. It’s likely that he approaches all girls the same way: gauge the situation, drop some names, take out your trouser monster, and see what you can get them to do."


No one would say anything because that's basically how the fashion world works, they will never say anything about a situation because the fashion world and controvewrsys don't mix, and when someone does something in that sense they will be kicked out into the regular world, but enough is enough right?

The part that broke my heart was when it said "A stylist allegedly quit "because of having to watch him sexually harrassing/abusing two (naked) teenage Eastern European models who didn't speak English"

When is this going to stop?? I'm done with this topic.
