Yes, one of my favorite brands, BDG, is selling what? YES Fair Isle print.
Fair Isle is a traditional knitting technique used to create patterns with multiple colours. It is named after Fair Isle, a tiny island in the north of Scotland, that forms part of the Shetland. Traditional Fair Isle patterns have a limited palette of five or so colours, use only two colours per row, are worked in the round, and limit the length of a run of any particular colour. islands. Fair Isle knitting gained a considerable popularity when the Prince of Wales (later to become Edward VIII) wore Fair Isle Tank tops in public in 1921.
Some people use the term "Fair Isle" to refer to any colourwork knitting where stitches are knit alternately in various colors, with the unused colours stranded across the back of the work. Others use the term "stranded colourwork" for the generic technique, and reserve the term "Fair Isle" for the characteristic patterns of the Shetland Islands.

Whenever I think of Fair Isle, I think of chunky knits and cuddling with your boo with some hot cocoa in the winter. Well, for now the fashion will suffice. Dreams can be achieved later. I've been on the hunt for a cheap one too. Ok so go here to start purchasing. BDG is only sold at Urban Outfitters

The Sneaker
Apparently, Marc Jacob released his sneaker line, entitled "Sneaker". The shoes are supposed to be a staple piece and wron with anything from a suit, to denim and t-shirt.
I like the black ones. But I don't live for them. They're too plain. I can go get me some Creative Recs for the same price and it will have some type of swankyness about them. Marc Jacobs is an creative man, who never lets us settle with something plain. His shoes are usually a print, a mix of fabrics, or all leather and very retro. I'm not sure where he was going with this one, I was just basing it off what was told to me. But for all of the label whores who will wear them for the satisfaction that they are Marc Jacobs, they are available at an online store called ZOZO

Customizing trucks/cars. Next is a Benz CL Coupe, and then maybe the G-Class. Yeah--- I'm fancy. What did you expect? There's no point in customizing a Honda. People should be ashamed of trying to customize one.

Is you ready to "Act Da Fool"?
Yes I know I made a grammatical error in the title
I know I'm late on this video, but I wanted to show you guys who haven't seen it yet, and to voice my opinion on the video that Proenza Schouler released this summer for Spring/Summer 2011, called "Act Da Fool". You may have to watch more than once to actually understand it.
Okay, so the first time I watched it, it was without doing my formal research which eventually persuades my thinking in a way. I'm open to all views. Well, initially I thought that...

This will be me one day.
This is my second time posting about him. No it's not an obsession, but I know who should be my motivators and who shouldn't.

5 Stacks on the Duffel Bag.
I'm about to start doing more traveling, and when I like to do something, I do it in style. I've been on the hunt for a duffel bag that I can travel with and keep some of my necessities in when I go away. This is for small trips. If I was going on Vacation, then you know I would be using my Halliburton. However, going through the checkout lines is just too much fuss and they go through all of your bags with a nasty attitude. Plus, I would like to carry it around with me. More convenient. I'll pass. Let me know what you think about some of my choices.

So now she's an author.
So apparently Rihanna just had a book signing at Barnes and Noble in NYC. She has a new book entitled “Rihanna: Rihanna." I knew nothing about this :O. Anyway I have the write-up for the book.
Including an introduction by Simon Henwood and preface by Alexandre Vauthier, this is the official visual chronicle of the year’s “it” girl as she embarks on her first solo tour.
The millions of sites tracking her every fashion move, the innumerable magazine covers including the recent Italian Vogue shot by Steven Klein, her past endorsement deals including Gucci and CoverGirl—Rihanna is the reigning style icon of the moment. She has garnered multiplatinum–selling success as an artist (her current album, her fourth, Rated R had the highest first-week sales of any of her other albums in the U.S. to date). She has won Grammys, MTV Video Music Awards, and countless other accolades for her performances. Simon Henwood captures the supernova at the height of her beauty and ferocity in photographs that track her enormous influence on current culture—from Paris Fashion Week to her shoot with Ellen von Unwerth in Berlin for her album artwork to her special appearance at the American Music Awards to her tour performances in the most cutting-edge couture.
Enough about the book, let's discuss this Floral Dress. I don't live, give it back to grandma.

Ugo Mozie
I'm rarely inspired by someone so much that I ask for an interview. When I seen Ugo, I was intrigued by his fashion sense that is similar to my taste. He's a stylist and actually a designer for his own clothing line entitled AstonMozie. His style and work ethic has landed him many jobs and the likes of celebrity friends galore. I touched bases with him via email and got actually a quick interview with him.

I'm not a car fanatic. When I see some nice shit, that's when i react like a kid in a candy store and get all excited. Aston Martins are the epitome of sports cars right now. My personal favorite is the V8 Vantage.

Over, The KNEE!
Now, I'm not the type to post pictures of people in Cleveland, talk about it and praise someone as being a fashion lord. It doesn't work like that here because people here wear stuff because it's cute. Half of the people in Cleveland hardly have style. No shade, I love my city, but that's how it goes.
But then I came across this boot that a friend of mine Amare was wearing (far left). We were attending the same event and I didn't pay attention to her shoe because it was dark. Then I went on Facebook and seen her picture, and my eyes went straight to the boot. Yeah, the girls are beautiful, but that boot. I'm not sure if you guys peeped it, but there's a hint of a red bottom there. I talked to her about it, and I'm not going to give details about it. I'll let your mind wander!
Ladies, invest in a good boot.

Burr, Fur?
Ok so Fur is BACK in this season. Without a question. If you don't think so, just look at the Lanvin show. Epitome of everything. Or Zac Posen. You know, your pick. This reminds me of the editorial French Vogue did, in response to PETA on designers heavy usage of the animals protection. I closed the computer in a moment of silence when I seen these hot pictures.
Now, I'm not a big fan of animal fur either. All of the fur that I have is faux. Simply because I like it better. I'm not going to say I'm the biggest fan of animal cruelty (because I do eat meat) but I will say that I try to do something. Raquel gave me everything on this shoot. The first picture was the epitome. The middle finger. Ok I'm done.

Woo-Hoo
I'm always inspired and fascinated with the few men that actually give me FASHION in the fashion industry. Most are there to work. But what happens when you mix business with pleasure? Building a brand along with a reputation. Well you get Nick Wooster.
Nick Wooster is the Men's Fashion Director of Neiman Marcus Group Services for Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. Whatever you see Men's, this guy was responsible for it.
I live for the fact that he shows us skin and gives us those tatoos on a tailored fitted body. It's the perfect blend of rugged and tailored that I'm always for. I've always adored someone who can give you two different things in one. Nick Wooster. Get hip.
I love this Camo fit, this by far is one of my favorite pictures. When someone can give me a blazer other than the regular blue, black, or grey. I live for them. He just blew me away. |

Mrs. Willow Smith spotted, tipping in her oversized cashmere scarf. I live for the striped pants, and that hairstyle.
Oh wait!!! I'm not finished. She's then spotted again leaving a hotel with her parents. Get into those pants. They are the epitome of the whole outfit. Those boots, the studs. I'm done!

Expect more pictures from her.

50 Most Powerful Entertainers
I love these type of things. The competition about who has the most power. Don't you just squirm? The list was a bit... different this time around, because #1 was Johnny Depp. Which could be understandable if you looked at his net worth which is 5.3 Billion. But not really power. Little (she would love me for calling her little) Ms. O came in at #3. Shocked right? So I'm sure you're wondering who came in #2. Yes. Ms. Gaga! Don't you just love how she catapulted into the top 5 most powerful people in the world, in about two years?
Highlights:
#12 Angelina Jolie
#18 Kanye West
#19 Beyonce (I haven't said Jay yet HA!)
#26 Jay-Z
#35 Tyler Perry
#50 Katy Perry
I won't state the obvious, I'll just let your mind ponder.

Rihanna, and an obsessive fan.
Ms. Fenty was looking gorgeous as usual, but one fan was taking it a little too far, as showed by her facial expressions. Hmph--- I don't like him getting too close to my woman. But that wasn't the reason for me posting the post. Don't you guys love this look on her. I think she should keep it, it reminds me of the Wendy's girl. I'm craving some chicken nuggets right now. Rih Rih keep the locks.

Willow Smith- Whip My Hair (Official Video)
The video was the epitome of crazy. Which is basically the point of the song, to go crazy. Her color scheme is always on point, as well as her ensembles (for her age). I live for the cotton candy hair (1:30) and the yellow romper that only her, Rihanna, and Beyonce can pull off (2:50)
I'm still waiting for the collabo with her and Diggy.
